Well before we get into the goods of 2015, I want to start you off with a Facebook status that I wrote on New Years Eve,…
I want to make sure we are clear on where I stand with the whole New Year, New You….CRAP!
I'm having a hard time believing that in one Nano second people think that life will be better or different.
We've been conditioned to believe that the new year brings something new that will aid us in being happier, healthier & wealthier...
Except we are the same people we were the last second of the last year.
So although 2014 flew by and 2015 is right around the corner, what I know is that resolutions do not evoke change.
Actually, on the contrary, they end up being a list of things to strive for that get left on the back burner when life happens.
What does evoke change is:
Living + taking chances + making mistakes + learning + growing + laughing + crying + creating & loving...
I've grown and changed so much in 2014 because of these things and will continue to grow and change in the new year...not because it's a new year, because like Anthony Robbins says "If You're Not Growing You're Dying"
#BeTheChangeEveryDay #AndSoItIs
See, while all the other gurus were copying each other and doing all the same types of emails and posts about 2014 etc, I was busy wrapping up the holidays and workin’ my bootay off to start this year strong!
So, today I decided that it’s time to share with you, how I am laying out my 2015, in hopes of helping you find the right fit for you to do the same…
- Without overwhelm
- Without undue pressure to keep up with someone else
- Without feeling like it has to be all about money
- Without all the necessities
- Without the negative connotations attached to them
- Without the doubt
- Without the fear
- Without the naysayers
And…
- With Peace
- With Love
- With Happiness
- With Abundance
- With Value
- With Love
- With Freedom
To Be..Do…and Have…A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G you want
Alright, LET’S DO THIS! Strap in, it’s gonna be a little long…
As I was going my notes on my phone to see what thoughts I wrote down to talk about on this email.
I came across something that I thought was pretty cool…
It’s a note that I wrote on January 11th 2014…
I decided to Google the book that I jotted down on my note and ending up buying one for my husband I to do together, one for myself and one for each of the boys…It’s so cool because the one I got for each of the boys is made for kids ages 4-10 years old.
It’s called Q & A a Day. I am really excited to see how it goes and what FUN answers we get to read back on as the years pass.
OMG, 493 words in on this email and I haven’t event started writing about what I want to talk to you about LMAO.
Good thing you love me and know that it’s going to be worth your time to read all this, right?
Okay, so what I wanted to write about today is 15 habits that I am implementing for my 2015 12 week year ending on March 26th2015.
Now, this isn’t the first time I’ve done something like this..
I had 14 daily habits for 2014 and that didn’t go so well – So I am going to do this a little different this year.
But let’s take a quick look at what those were and see WHY they didn’t stick…
Then we’ll talk about 2015 – I am so excited for my 2015 plan, I KNOW that it will stick – because it’s centered around ME and my heart – no outside influences helped create it and it passes my 3 steps that we talked about a couple weeks ago.
Alright, My Habits of 2014:
- Plan My Week on Sundays
- Schedule/Plan Out "ME" days ahead of time
- Hour of Power Every Morning
- Meditate/Reflect Every Friday
- Weekly AWE Meetings
- Weekly Self Love Affirmation
- Track Income and Expenses Daily
- Have FUN before work + Make a Million
- Be completely honest about what I really want and stay focused
- Stay Consistent
- Laugh More With Kids
- Unplugged Sundays
- Play The Drums Weekly
- Read 2 Leonie Blogs Per Day
- Kiss my hubbubs 20 times per day
- Read Heart Centered Books <<<<< This is the foundation of it all & why I am writing this today.
Ummmmmm, here’s what I will say about this list…
I did everything on this list, some of the time, but I didn’t do everything ALL of the time.
Honestly, the only reason I feel I didn’t do them is because I made excuses NOT to.
That ain’t gonna happen this year, I PROMISE me that!
I’ve dug deep and found a way to lay it out and be able to stick to the daily intentions that I have, PLUS I will know in a second whether they are in alignment with what fulfills me or stresses me out.
I am sooooo freakin’ excited!
Wouldn’t you love to know that for yourself too?
Keep, reading and I will share with you what has helped me…
{Live My Happy Life} My MOTTO – Vision – Mission in 2015
“My Happy Life” is a sum of all the things that I want to do on any given day, week or month that juices me emotionally.
“My Happy Life” are my “no matter what” keys that has to be in my life to be fulfilled.
“My Happy Life” is the entire reason why I have built my life the way I have…
The bad thing is, I figured this out, once I had already built my life this way.
I encourage you to figure out what juices you, lifts you, fulfills you BEFORE you create the life of your dreams, so that once you achieve it, you can LIVE it.
Now, you hear me talking a lot about myself, but I want you to take what I am saying here and think about how you can apply it to you.
It took a lot for me to get to the point of narrowing it down, setting the schedule for myself that I could work with and would follow every day.
LIVE MY HAPPY LIFE – Emotional Juice + Ultimate Fulfillment
- Writing From The Heart
- Creating New Things
- Learning & Growing
- Speaking to Inspire
- Spending quality time with my kids
- Spending quality time with my hubbubs
- Spending quality time with myself
I know that if it doesn’t fall into any of these categories, I am NOT doing it…That is job security for someone else because I’m hiring it out – but you could do trade work for the stuff that doesn’t juice you.
And that’s what you need to ask yourself – “What are the things that I love to do that juice me and give me ultimate fulfillment?”
Then you build your dreams, intentions and life around those things.
If it doesn’t fit within those things, delegate it to someone else (either hire it out, ask friends and family for help or do trade).
You gotta do whatever it takes to get the support and help you need to do the things that you don’t like doing so you can spend your time in your Happy Zone
